Refund Policy

1. No Refunds on Digital Products

All sales of digital travel planner templates are final. Since these are instant-download products, we cannot process refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

2. Exceptions

Refunds will only be issued if:

• You were charged twice for the same product.
• You did not receive the digital file after payment due to a technical issue (we will first attempt to resend it).

3. Product Issues

If you experience issues with downloading or using a template, contact us within 7 days of purchase at template@joinramp.online, and we will assist you.

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your purchase was unauthorized, please contact your bank or payment provider. We do not issue refunds for unauthorized transactions.
